Juanita McDaniel Seagle, age 94, of Wytheville, passed away on July 28, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren Cleveland and Radie Mae Maxey McDaniel; her son, Forest Seagle III; her brothers Russell, Carson, Hastel, and Doug McDaniel; and her son-in-law, Robert Bowen.

She is survived by her two daughters and a son-in-law, Jo Ann Seagle Bowen of Roanoke; Kathryn and Mark Szwargulski of St Louis, MO; brother and sister-in- law, Danny and Ellen McDaniel of Wytheville; 6 grandchildren, Kristen Bowen of Bristol, TN; Kathryn and Jon Archer of Richmond, VA; Jesse and Julie Szwargulski of St. Louis, MO; Jordyn Szwargulski of Colombia, MO; Anita Seagle of Salem, VA; Scott and Stephanie Seagle of Salem, VA; 6 great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Phyllis McDaniel of Bedford, VA and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 12pm on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at the Rosewood Memorial Garden in Rural Retreat, VA. The Reverend Gary Housemen will be officiating.
