David Marion Cox, age 80, of Wytheville, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024. He was born in Wytheville on December 13, 1943, to the late Fred Walter Cox Sr. and Hazel Buck Cox. He was a member of the Cedar Bluff Baptist Church.

He is survived by his children and grandchildren, Deborah (Cox) and Stephen Terry and their children, Corey Stuart, Rebecca Stuart and Josie Terry; Keith and Vickie Cox and their children, Briana Bresnock, Eiljah Cox and Addie Cox, brother and sister-in-law, Fred W. Cox Jr. and Nancy.

Graveside service was held 10 A.M. Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the Mt. Mitchell Church Cemetery with Pastor Justin Hall officiating. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.grubbfuneralhome.com
