Connie Diane Whalen, age 66, of Wytheville passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Connie was born on September 6, 1958, to the late Leonard John and Emma Lambert Holloway.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy R. Whalen of Wytheville; stepson, Christopher Whalen of Wytheville; sister and brother-in-law, Treva & Kenneth Mount of Lurel Springs, NC; Fur Babies, Prissy and Molly; several nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.

Funeral service will be held 7 P.M. Monday, February 3, 2025, at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Reverend Charles McPeak and Reverend Harry Grubb. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 P.M. until service time. A graveside service will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Rosewood Memorial Gardens, Rural Retreat.
