Obituary of Pamela Kay Patton

Pamela Kay Patton age 59, of Marion, passed away on April 18, 2025. She was born in Marion on January 7, 1966 to the late Jimmy Douglas and Patsy Elizabeth Ross Patton. Pamela was a manager of Burger King (Marion), Little Ceasars (Marion), Dairy Queen & Exxon (Groseclose) and Pizza Hut in Marion and West Jefferson. She was preceded in death by her daughter Amber Testerman. Survivors include her daughter, Courtney Blevins of Atkins; many grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Lynn and Ray Greer of Rural Retreat; brother, Allen Patton of Marion; nephews, Michael and James Greer; special friend, Patricia Baldwin of Greenville, TN. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff a at Carrington Place in Wytheville and the Caris Hospice for their care. The family will have a Memorial Service at a later date.
