Roy E. Smith, Jr., age 71, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2025. He was the son of the late Roy E. Sr. and Alma Hudson Smith.

He is survived by a son, William Lee “Bill” Smith of Georgia, grandson, Winston Nevil-Smith of Georgia; sisters and brother-in-law, Kay & Michael Mabe of Austinville, Cathy Viars of Fort Chiswell; brother, Jerry Smith of Max Meadows; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
