Willma Frances “Bug” King Calfee, age 84, of Galax passed away Monday, June 23, 2025. She was born October 7, 1940, to the late E.D. and Winifred Richardson King. Willma was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Terry Lynn Underwood; son, Brian A Underwood.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Nelson R. Calfee; son, Jeffrey Underwood; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Jacob & Jennifer Underwood, Emma Underwood, Hope Underwood and Joshua Underwood; stepdaughter and spouse, Krista and John Gregory; Step grandchildren, Jamison and Kenndy; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Bill Cooper; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Ann King, Eddie and Phyllis King, Jerry and Carolyn King; sister-in-law, Barbara and Gary Hundley.

A graveside service will be held 2 P.M. Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Ivanhoe conducted by Pastor Curtis Christian and Pastor Jeff Pickett. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.grubbfuneralhome.com
