It truly was great growing up with Geoffrey back in Mayberry/Cedar Bluff! I remember especially the summers when we would walk up the railroad track, go through a tunnel to our favorite swimming hole and go hiking all over, fishing Indian Creek, walking to Richlands to the Flannery Theatre and the time we tried Beech Nut chewing tobacco and got sick and dizzy. So many great memories!

I’ve been where you are sweet Della, time does not heal but it will get more bearable. Grieving well is healthy. I remember the stories he would give David to read he loved writing . I wish he had done a book. Love and pray God will give grace as you need it.
