Ronald Elbert “Bubba” Houseman, JR. age, 66 of Wytheville passed away Friday, August 15, 2025, in Pulaski Virginia. Bubba worked for the family-owned business Houseman Service Station for 30 years.

Bubba was born in Wytheville Virginia to the late Ronnie and Doris Houseman on April 6, 1959. He went to George Wythe High School where he graduated in 1977. He enjoyed farming and watching westerns, but most of all he enjoyed hours of laughter and good times with his life-long buddies at Bubbas Detail Shop that he owned and operated since 2005.

He survived by his daughters, Lauren and Drew Hall of Wytheville, Megan Houseman and Adrian Davis of Independence, sons, Joshua Houseman of Speedwell, Trey Houseman and Tammy Fisher of Wytheville. He has 13 grandchildren and one great grandson.

Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Reverend Ronnie Umberger and Reverend Stephen Umberger, with interment to follow in West End Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 noon until service time. Memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Bland County rescue squad, 67 Orchard View Ln, Bland, VA 24315.
