Danny C. Wolford, 75 of Wytheville, VA, passed from this life to be with his Lord and Savior in his eternal home on 9/17/2025 at his home.

Danny was born in Wytheville, VA to the late Walker L and Hazel S Wolford, he attended George Wythe High School and New River Valley Community College. He worked in construction and property maintenance his entire adult life. He was a member of the Galilee Christian Church. Preceded in death by son, Jeremy C. Wolford; brother James B. Wolford; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Garland & Juanita Groseclose.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joyce G. Wolford, Wytheville; son and daughter-in-law, Heath & Terrie Wolford, Lakeland, GA; daughter-in-law, Alisha Harnage, Lakeland, GA; grandsons, Walker Wolford, Austen & Emilia Wolford, Drake Wolford; granddaughter, Carlie Wolford; great-granddaughter, Evelyna Nicole Wolford; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia & Richard Puckett, Bristol, brother and sister-in-law, Robert & Leslie Wolford, Wytheville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Janice and Dennis Austin, Abington; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 10:00am at Grubb Funeral Home on Saturday, September 20, 2025, with the Pastor Steve Alderman of Mt. Ephraim officiating. Burial will follow at Galilee Church Cemetery.
