Stephen Wayne Kincer, age 63, of Draper, VA, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025, due to complications of early on-set Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Stephen was born November 25, 1961. He proudly served his country in the Marine Corps during his early years and was a long-time head supervisor with Morton International in Wytheville, VA, where he worked for years alongside some of the best men and women in his career. He was proud to receive awards for his focus on safety as he held his employees’ well-being in high regard. Stephen loved golf, he loved his family and will be remembered for his generosity.
Stephen is survived by his wife Aimee Kincer of Pulaski, VA as well as his only daughter Danielle Kincer Martin of AZ. He is also survived by his siblings: Loyd & Becky Kincer of Wytheville, VA, John & Dana Kincer of TN, Esther Kincer of Wytheville, VA, Mark & Elaine Kincer of Wytheville, VA, and his beautiful nieces Kristen Galloway, Kelly Hyder, Kaitlynn Kincer, Sierra Kincer, and Nevada Kincer, to also include many former co-workers and friends whom he treasured as family.
Stephen will be cremated, and, at this time, there is no formal memorial service scheduled but please keep the family in your hearts, thoughts, and prayers. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.grubbfuneralhome.com
