She is survived by her devoted wife of nine years, Samantha married the love of her life, Darian S. Riggins; brother, Brian (Cherie) Fraizer; sister-in-law Imari Dawkins; brothers-in-law Myron (Mister) and Shelby Wynn; brothers Omari and Omaha Moon; brother Shy Jones; mother-in-law Kimeco Green; father-in-law Myron (Crystal) Wynn; aunts and uncles Barbara (Bobby Jo) Grubb, Charlie (Red Bird) and Sharon Burton, Jennifer Well; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws of the Cathey family.
In the wise words of Samantha’s favorite rapper, DMX:
“There's something better after here, but everybody, won't go. So I ask you to forgive them, and we'll hope they see, and I thank you for the love that, they've given to me. I will not abuse it, nor will I lead them astray. You see I love them like children, that I see everyday. And I pray, no we
pray, together! Get us through the bad weather, and we'll love you forever Let your thought and my heart, go hand in hand. Amen!
