Lynne Bryant Umberger Perry passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025, at Holston Health & Rehabilitation in Wytheville, Va.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Perry and her parents Maude and Willie Umberger.

She is survived by her brother Jim Umberger and his husband Gonzalo Vega of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and her caregivers Kay Horney and Darlene Adams of Wytheville, along with the caring staff at Gentiva Hospice.

A memorial service will be 2P.M. Wednesday December 3, 2025, at St. Paul Methodist Church conducted by Pastor Misti McCreary. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1P.M. until service time at the church. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.grubbfuneralhome.com
