Madge Gaynell Scott, age 92, of Wytheville, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026. She was born on September 27, 1933, to the late Lonnie and Lula Reed Martin. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Kerns; brother, Harold Martin.

Madge is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and David Hall of Charlotte, North Carolina; Teresa and Joe Hollinsworth of New Port Richey, Florida; sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Emily Scott of Wytheville; Lee and Kathy Scott of Wytheville; Jerry and Cyrilla Scott of Rural Retreat; brothers and sister-in-law, Harlin Martin of Northern Virginia, Jerry and Sue Martin of North Carolina; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews also survive.
