Anthony Lloyd Dunford, Sr. age 76, of Max Meadows passed away Monday, January 26, 2026, at his home. He was born on August 2, 1949, to the late Morris and Daisy Arnold Dunford and a Veteran of the United States Army. Anthony was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Brooks; wife, Vance Davis; son, Steven L. Dunford.

He is survived by his children, Anthony L. Dunford, Jr.; Sherry Pillsbury; Frazier Dunford; grandson, Anthony James Dunford; nieces, Crystal Brooks, Angela Miller and family; bonus granddaughter, Haleigh Breeden; several other grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Friday, January 30, 2026, at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Reverend Larry Brooks with interment to follow in West End Cemetery.
