Linda Gail King, age 77, of Wytheville, passed away Monday, August 10, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Elsie Dunford Hodge. She was preceded in death by her husband, George King; brothers, Sam Hodge, Pete Hodge, Buford Hodge.

Linda is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Dana and Ashley Jones, Ronald (Willie Bo) Jones; sister Golda (Cookie) Burnette; 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and several special family members also survive.

A graveside service will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery, conducted by Reverend Eddie Frye. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.grubbfuneralhome.com
