I have so many memories of Evelyn that I don’t know where to start. She had a huge heart and loved her family unlike any other, she was passionate about the things she cared about, no one could cook up a dinner ... or a cake... or Christmas candy like she could. When it came to her animals, there was no limit to what she’d do for them. She loved to shop till everyone dropped! Oh I could go on and on but she was endearing. And she will be remembered with love and fondness. She will be missed. I’m so sorry for this loss and I extend my heartfelt condolences to the entire family. But to Mary Catherine, please remember my family is here for you, whatever you need.
