Obituary of Peggy Brunk Jones

Peggy Brunk Jones age 76, of Wytheville, passed away on March 20, 2024. She was born on Jue 30, 1947 to the late John and Mary Hoback Brunk. Peggy was a former employee of Wytheville Community Hospital and United Telephone Company. She was preceded in death by a sister Becky Brunk Lacy. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Allen Hugh Jones of Wytheville; two sons and daughter-in-law, Tommy Jones of Wytheville; Darren and Kristy Jones of Beckley, WVA; granddaughter, Lilli Tyree; brother, Daniel Thomas Brunk and companion, Rose Seagle of Wytheville; special fur baby, Lulu; several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held 2 P.M. on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at the West End Cemetery with Pastor Aubrey Whitlow officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1:45 P.M.
