Hilda Copenhaver Simmerman, age 92 of Memphis, TN passed away Saturday, September 14, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Clayton and Lota Dix Copenhaver. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly J. Simmerman, Jr, son, Barry Simmerman.

Hilda is survived by her son, Steven Simmerman of Memphis, TN; sister, Evelyn Irvin Horton of Wytheville; and other extended family members also survive.

A graveside service will be held 2 P.M. Monday, September 23, 2024, at Rosewood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Rural Retreat, conducted by Reverend Gary Houseman.
