Obituary of Sharon Gallimore Ratcliff

Sharon Gallimore Ratcliff age 75 of Max Meadows passed away on September 24, 2024. She was born on September 9, 1949 in Fort Benning, GA to the late Robert Walker and Martha Eileen Jones Gallimore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Andrew “Porky” Ratcliff, Jr. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Glenn Eaton; grandson and wife, Zachary and Lindsay Eaton; great grandson, Jaxtyn Eaton; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Don Viars; brother and sister-in-law, Craig and Judy Gallimore and several nieces and nephews; and her special dog “Prissy”. Memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 4 P.M. at the Fort Chiswell Global Methodist Church with the Reverend Rick Lindamood officiating. Graveside service will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 2 P.M. at the Virginia Veteran Cemetery in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 P.M. on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at the church.
