Janie Lou Robinson Jones, age 83, of Wytheville passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Lomie and Dolly Grubb Robinson and preceded in death by her husband, James Jones, Jr.

Janie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Delta and Ernest “Tad” Hutton of Dublin; son Dale Jones of Crockett; sisters and brother-in-law, Patsye Underwood of Wytheville, Loma “Suzy” and Doug Porter of Wytheville; grandchildren, Alan Jones Jr. and Kaitlin, Cole Hutton, Saige Hutton; 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.

Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Reverend Richard Collins with interment to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
