Obituary of Dennis Lee Spangler, Sr.

Dennis Lee Spangler, Sr. age, 75, Speedwell, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018. He was the son of the late Ernest and Stella Foster Spangler. Dennis was a United States Army Veteran and a Deacon and member of the Cross Road Chapel Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Thelma Eula Spangler and survived by his children, Dennis L. Spangler, Jr. and wife Mary, Michelle K. Linville and husband James, and Drema D. Alley; fiance'e, Dorcas Knuckles; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral service will be held 7 P.M. Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Pastor Larry Cline. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 P.M. until service time. A graveside service will be held 12 noon Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin, Virginia.
