I am so sorry for your loss. I can't even begin to imagine the pain that you are experiencing. However, Jehovah God is someone who always knows how you feel and wants to you bring you comfort and hope. His Word the Bible promises: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted. He saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34 verse 18) I hope this brings some measure of comfort to you, knowing you have someone to depend on while you endure the pain. We are so sorry for your loss. Uncle Sam was a wonderful, loving person. We will forever have special memories of the summer trips your family made to Grandma and Grandaddy Felton's farm. We have great memories of our trip to visit you in California. Your family has helped us keep our Mother in our hearts, for which we will forever be grateful. Uncle Sam told me how proud he was of my becoming a Nurse Practitioner when I saw him at Aunt Maybelle's service. It meant so much to me. Love, Sharon Hollowell Upright

Leellen and Family, We were saddened to learn of Sam's passing, but rejoice knowing that he and Maybelle are reunited in their home in Heaven. What a great couple ! And what a great man. Had it not been for Sam's encouragement I would not have gone to College or pursued a very rewarding career path. He was a role model and impressive teacher to his students at Holland High School. May God bless you and the Felton Family as you mourn his loss and celebrate his life, a life well lived. He made a difference.
