Obituary of Karen Van Dorp Shelton
Karen Van Dorp Shelton, age 66, of Wytheville, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Janet Kincer Walters. Karen was preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Dawn “Doozy” Van Dorp. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Gary “Shorty” Shelton of Wytheville; son, Jeremy Shelton of Wytheville; brother, Ricky Van Dorp of Wytheville; aunt, Carla Whitlow of Wilmington, NC; grandchildren, Deneesha Van Dorp, Autumn Taylor; great grandchild, Braylen Micheal Roberts.
A memorial service will be held 2 P.M. Monday, July 22, 2019 at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Reverend J.R. Gillman, with interment to follow in the West End Cemetery.
