Obituary of Andrew Dixon Haupt

Andrew Dixon Haupt, age 6, was called home to our Heavenly Father on August 23, 2020. Andrew was a lovable special needs child, who had a smile that could light up any room he entered. He was a blessing to his family and had the ability to win the hearts of those who came to know him. Andrew was a true warrior with everything he had been through in life and he earned a reputation of being brave and exceedingly tough. He had a big personality for such a special little boy and knew exactly what he enjoyed in life; riding in trucks, music, motorcycles, and being outside. Andrew is survived by his parents, Henry and Rebecca Haupt of Speedwell; his siblings, Jordan, LeeElla, and Emily Williams of Austin, TX, Lillie and Aaron Haupt of Lancaster, SC, Sebastian and Mason Haupt of Speedwell; his grandparents, Joe and Darlene Haupt of Lancaster, SC, Thomas and Barbara Sanders of Durham, NC; his aunts and uncles; his cousins and other extended family and friends. A memorial gathering will be held at noon on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at the Haupt family home; 6571 Cedar Springs Rd, Speedwell, VA 24374.
