I didn't get to see Stephen very often but when I did, I always remember the smile on his face. I remember it when he was just a little boy just as clearly as I remember the last time I saw him a few years ago. He was so very kind and thoughtful. I am at a loss of words to express the heartfelt sadness our family feels for Bill, Peggy and the rest of the Coopers.
