Obituary of Edna Lee Waddell Bass

Edna Lee Waddell Bass, age 82, of Wytheville, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Ira F. & Mary Edith Eastwood Waddell. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Pierce Bass, and a son, Michael Dean Bass. Edna is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Robin & Perry Frieson of Florence, SC; sons & daughters-in-law, Jimmy & Amber Bass of Rural Retreat; Guy & Misty Bass of Wytheville; David Bass of Wytheville; Mark & Brandi Bass of Wytheville; sister, Mary Hancock of Wytheville; brother & sister-in-law, Mason & Donna Waddell of Ashland, Ky; grandchildren, McKenzie Bass (see you later Alligator), Thomas Bass, April Garrido, Kristie Coleman, Kellie Bass, Shannon Bass; great grandchild, Reagan Bass. Funeral service will be held 11A.M. Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Reverend Derek Cowan, with interment to follow in West End Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10A.M. until service time.
