Obituary of Frances Coleman Ogle

Frances Coleman Ogle, 91, of Max Meadows, VA, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022. She was born on November 25, 1931 in Wythe County, VA to the late Lester and Margaret King Coleman. She enjoyed working around her home and taking care of her dog Muffy. She loved her family, for it was the most important part of her life. She was loved and will be missed by everyone who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph W. Ogle; daughter-in-law, Kristi A. Ogle. She is survived by her son, Steve Ogle of Mooresville, NC; brother, Harold Coleman (Sue), sisters, Geraldine Cassell (Charles Ray), Shirley Ayers (Carl), Shelby Jean Spraker (Roy Dean); several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church with Pastor Casey Clemons officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 P.M. Wednesday at the church. In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to the American Cancer Society.
