Gracie B. Hale, age 88, of Speedwell, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023. She was born November 17, 1934, the daughter of the late Claude & Ollie Rhudy Igo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Crockett Hale; daughter, Linda Hale Williams; grandson, Mikie Williams.

Gracie is survived by her daughter, Bonnie H. Williams; sons & daughters-in-law, Raymond & Lelia Hale, Robert & Teana Hale all of Speedwell; grandsons & spouses, Jason Hale & Kara, Chad Hale & Jessica, Bradley Williams & Ashley; granddaughters & spouses, Rickell Cline & Jamie, Donna Chapell & Richard; 12 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews also survive.

Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Monday April 3, 2023 at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Reverend Derek Cowan with interment to follow in Groseclose United Methodist Church Cemetery.
