We were saddened to learn of Preston's passing, but rejoicing that he is now with the Lord. Preston and Mary Ellen served at our church- Memorial Presbyterian in Elizabethton, TN - as interim pastor. We loved them and have many good memories of our time together. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Mary Ellen and the family during this difficult time. Larry and Pat Hillman

We were sorry to hear of Preston's home going but rejoice for him to be present with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We grieve with you for your loss but not as a people who have no hope but as those who have a Savior and a glorious home that will last for eternity. Preston served as interim supply pastor at Walnut Hill PCA in Bristol, Tn from Oct.2006 thru July 2007. He and Mary Ellen quickly became a wonderful part of our congregation and loved by all. I became a close personal friend and have stayed in contact thru the years. Preston was a very special man of God who will be sorely missed by the many who had the privilege of his ministry and sweet friendship. To God be the Glory. Love in Christ, Lonnie and Linda Phillips .
