Obituary of Cleta Sue Harden

Cleta Sue Harden age 76, of Wytheville, passed away on May 17, 2023 surrounded by her family at her home. She was born in Virginia on January 26, 1947 to the late Floyd and Kate Kincer Burse. She was preceded in death by her husband Warren Lee Harden and daughter, Sandra. Survivors include her three daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Tim Stroupe; Teia and Randy Havens; Meia and Mike Guilbault; two sons and daughters-in-law, Chrys and Ginger Harden; Lee and Phoebe Harden all of Wythe County; seven grandchildren and spouses, Chelsi and Eddie Hogston; Josh and Kati Nelson; Deanna and Bobby Jarrett; Emily and Logan Sisk; Dylan Stroupe; Sylis Harden; Jacob Hatcher and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at the Grubb Funeral Home with the Reverend Kent Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the West End Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the time of the service Tuesday at the Grubb Funeral Home.
