Hello Family, I'm so sorry for the loss of a favorite cousin of mine. He will be sadly missed by all. What a great guy, always the same. Always smiling. I'm so sorry I didn't get there for the celebration of his life.There is no doubt that he is in the sweet presence of our wonderful ,loving God. God bless his beautiful family. The video was just so great. I'm so very saddened over Buddie's passing. I'm so grateful I was in Bland in October,and was able to spend time with him, and sweet Lorrie. I love you all so much. Love and prayers to Lorraine and the boys and grandchildren. I wish I could be with you tomorrow but illness prevents me from getting out. I have many wonderful memories of Buddie and his parents, memories of coming to their beautiful home when I was little, memories of our families at Trinity, memories of Buddie's never-failing kindness to his little cousin. (I think we finally decided we were fourth cousins, or maybe fifth. We had a long conversation about that several years ago and couldn't quite figure it out. Our great-grandmothers were sisters on the Stowers side.) The community will not be the same without Buddie's loving presence in it.

Lorraine and family, was so sorry to hear about Buddie.When I would come back to Bland, mostly for the festival of leaves, it was always such a pleasure to see you and Buddie. He will be missed by.
